Looking for a different way to serve hot dogs?  These things are da bomb!  Ooey, gooey, cheesy, and fun.  They whip up in no time and are sure to please the hot dog eaters in your household.

Oven Chili Cheese Dogs

Serves 8

The Ingredients

• 8 hot dogs
• 8 hotdog buns
• 1 can of chili
• 1/2 onion,diced
• cheddar cheese
• mayonnaise
• mustard
• sweet relish

 

The Instructions

1. Line inside of hot dog buns with mayonnaise and sweet relish (trust me on this... don't leave out these ingredients, they make the dog.  Even mayonnaise haters love these dogs). Evenly add mustard. Fill with hot dogs and squish into a 13×9″ baking pan.
2. Top hot dogs with chili, cheese, and diced onion. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
3. Eat with a fork, unless you like chili cheese dog all over your shirt.  Teehee.
