Waffles of Insane Greatness
This title doesn’t lie! Man, this recipe makes the perfect waffle! They are fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside and they just taste like pure waffle heaven. They are the house standard waffle around here. Every time I serve them the happy eaters of these waffles can’t get over how wonderful they are.
I’m not sure of the recipe source for these gems of waffley greatness because this recipe has been floating around the internet for quite some time. They are easy to make but they do require a 30 minute “set up” time. That’s OK by me as that gives me time to make my sausage and uber delicious Buttermilk Syrup.
